CA R.K. Kalra
Founder Partner
Mr. R.K. Kalra is a Chartered Accountant and has been practicing since 1988 in the field of Statutory audits, Service tax and GST, Corporate matters, Statutory bank audits, Transfer Pricing compliances, Tax-audits, Payroll Management Services and other Direct taxes matters. His expertise lies in handling all aspects of the direct tax requirements for companies and firms such as tax assessments, tax litigation, advisory and due diligence.
Mr. Kalra has made numerous representations before the appellate authorities including CIT(A) and Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and won cases for his clients. Mr. Kalra also held the position of President- Ghaziabad Tax Bar Association (“GTBA”) for the term 2011-12.
CA Manan Kalra

Mr. Manan is a Chartered Accountant and also holds a degree in law (LL.B). After qualifying the CA course, he got associated with Ernst & Young (“EY”) wherein he got the opportunity to provide advisory in relation to Indirect Taxes and Regulatory Matters to the big giants in the Automotive and FMCG sector. His work profile included advising on GST matters, undertaking Impact Analysis, conducting Due Diligence, preparing DPRs for availing incentives under the State Incentive Schemes, rendering the services of business re-modelling and re-structuring to clients for providing a tax-efficient model for Indian operations. During his CA articleship days, Mr. Manan conducted internal audits for various entities including Public Sector Undertakings (“PSU”) and Mini Ratnas and handled tax audit assignments and scrutiny cases for various corporates.
CA Disha Walia

Ms. Disha Walia is a Chartered Accountant and holds a former experience of working with KPMG India. Her areas of expertise lies in undertaking transfer pricing- advisory, compliance and litigation assignments. During her tenure with KPMG India, she served various corporates by providing assistance in preparing TP documentation, filing of appeals before the DRP, CIT(A) and ITAT, filing of the accountant report in form 3CEB, preparing and filing of country-by-country report, master file and local file introduced in OECD Guidelines and undertaking TP audits. She majorly served the MNCs operating in the areas of Automotive, Information and Communications and Consumer markets.
CS Rajeev Khosla

Mr. Rajeev is a Company Secretariat and has been in practice since 2001. He specializes in the area of Corporate restructuring, undertaking FEMA compliances including ECB/ FC-GPR/ FCTRS filings, advising on private placement of shares, undertaking FC-GPR filings, RBI compliances, Secretarial Audit and providing Corporate Document Retrieval services.
Mr. Rajeev has a good experience in handling corporate assignments with high integrity and confidentiality. He holds a dynamic experience of handling secretarial compliances for big corporates, majorly MNCs.
Adv. Nainshree Goyal
Associate Partner
Ms. Nainshree holds a masters degree in law from the National University of Singapore and is an associate member of our firm. Ms. Nainshree has experience in both dispute and advisory practice. Her areas of expertise includes Corporate Restructuring, Contract Management, Legal Metrology, Insolvency and Bankruptcy laws and Intellectual Property Dispute Resolution. Ms. Nainshree is an active member of various tax bar associations and her articles have been published in the newsletters of such tax bar associations from time to time.
Ms. Nainshree holds professional membership of Bar Council of Delhi, India and International Bar Association, London.
